Rush

Amazing band right there. Not only do they have one of the best drummers around (amazing kit too) they gave an amazing guitarist and personally my favorite vocals. Their songs are almost like stories.




Rush have been around for quite a while, and since they only have 3 people, they all use synthesizers they control. Neil Peart along with being the drummer is the main lyricist of Rush. I think it's either you love his lyrics or you hate them. I personally think they're really cool. They write songs of the progressive genre.


Anyway I can't think of much else to write about them, bottom line is check them out immediately. Amazing stuff.

    Honestly Neal Pearl has a great voice. I really enjoy his lyrics and I'm not sure how you can dislike him :)

    Moving Pictures was one of my favorite albums of all time. Neil Peart is a crazy drummer, and the rest of the band is just as talented. Great post, +1 following

    WOW, how ironic...I saw some album artwork by them and I liked how the word RUSH looked so I cut it out with photoshop and integrated it onto my profile page. now i finally get to listen to them! to be honest it isnt even my kind of music though..lol.

    Fusion drumming makes RUSH great, when the drums interact with other instruments. Roger Taylor did the same for Queen

    The drummer from Rush is a god walking among men. He's the best drummer I've ever seen.
